Sirloin Beef Joint
Our Simmental grass-fed beef is a popular breed known throughout Europe, for its temperament and excellent marbling throughout the meat. Beef has an excellent source of essential nutrients, containing a wide range of vitamins and minerals. During the summer our herd can be seen happily grazing the fields around our family-run farm in Ducklington.
The Sirloin joint is a classic roasting joint with deep flavour, dark flesh, and generous marbling that caramelises and tenderises the meat during roasting. All our beef is hung on the bone for at least three weeks, this gives a wonderful texture and depth of flavour.
