Our Simmental grass-fed beef is a popular breed known throughout Europe, for its temperament and excellent marbling throughout the meat. Beef has an excellent source of essential nutrients, containing a wide range of vitamins and minerals. During the summer our herd can be seen happily grazing the fields around our family-run farm in Ducklington.
Braising is typically a leaner cut that shines when cooked over time in a slow cooker. All our beef is hung on the bone for at least three weeks, this gives a wonderful texture and depth of flavour.
